File Transfer Solutions

The need for secure File Transfer solutions is growing as the amount of information located in electronic format continues to grow. Users need to transfer files to others to review, edit, and approve. Once files are completed, they often need to be delivered to customers or partners outside of the corporate network.

File transfer is typically done by e-mail which was not designed to address issues of security, large file size, and transfer performance. In addition, e-mail was not designed to be a means of file transfer, so it is doing a job it was never intended to do.

This approach to file transfer is expensive, and results in a lag time between file completion and file delivery.

The WebDrive FTP Client integrates into the Windows OS, eliminating the need to learn a new application. Files can be transferred as easily as they can be saved to your hard drive. Used in conjunction with Titan FTP Server, files can be securely transferred for storage on the server. Other users of WebDrive (or other commercial FTP clients) can easily access files at a time that’s most convenient for them. Both Titan FTP Server and WebDrive support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to provide secure file transfers.

Transferring files with this solution is secure, inexpensive, and easy to set up and use.
