GroupDrive System Requirements

The following outlines the minimum system requirements for the GroupDrive Collaboration Suite.

GroupDrive Server

• Operating System: Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008
• Processor: Pentium class 2Ghz processor or better
• Memory: Minimum 512MB system memory, 1GB RAM recommended
• Disk Space: Minimum 40MB free disk space (for product and caching space) and 100MB for each server configuration
• Internet Connection: Direct Internet connection; T1 or better is recommended
• Network Components: Microsoft's 32-bit TCP/IP networking component, Winsock 2.0

GroupDrive Client

• Operating System: Windows NT v4.0 (Workstation or Server), Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista
• Processor: Pentium class processor
• Memory: Minimum 32MB system memory
• Disk Space: Minimum 40MB free disk space (for product and caching space)
• Internet Connection: Either a direct Internet connection or a modem with a minimum baud rate of 28.8 (56K is recommended)
• Network Components: Microsoft's TCP/IP networking component. Note: No other TCP/IP stacks are currently supported

GroupDrive Web Interface

The GroupDrive Web Browser Interface is written using industry standard HTML and JavaScript and should run properly on most browsers. However, due to the minor differences in how various browsers interpret HTML, some graphics and features may not display correctly.

The GroupDrive Web Browser Interface has been tested and is supported for the following browsers:

Windows 9x, Windows NT v4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, WIndows Server 2008, Windows Vista:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.5 or later
• Mozilla FireFox v1.5 or later
• Netscape Navigator v8.0 or later

Apple Macintosh OS X:

• Safari v2.0 or later
• Mozilla FireFox v1.5 or later

Linux:

• Mozilla FireFox v1.5 or later
